About Factory Audit 

1. What is the purpose of a factory audit?

A factory audit involves sending a professional inspector to the factory and do a site audit, it helps assess whether your supplier's legal and their facility, processes, equipment, and management systems meet your standards and industry requirements. It ensures that your supplier can deliver products that meet your quality expectations and comply with regulations.

2. Do you audit factories in all industries?

Yes, we offer factory audit services across various industries, including electronics, apparel, automotive, consumer goods, and more. We tailor the audit process to meet the specific needs of each industry.

3. When should I book a factory audit?

It’s best to book at least 2 working days in advance to ensure inspector availability and proper coordination with the supplier.

4. When can I get the audit report?

You will receive a detailed audit report with photos within 24 hours after the factory audit.

About Product Inspection

1. What is a product inspection service?

A product inspection service involves sending a professional inspector to the factory in China to check the quality, quantity, packaging, labeling, and workmanship of goods before shipment. It helps ensure that products meet your specifications and avoid costly mistakes.

2. Why should I use a product inspection service in China?

Using an inspection service minimizes the risk of receiving defective or non-compliant products. It gives you peace of mind by ensuring that the goods meet your quality standards before they leave the factory.

3. What types of inspections do you offer?

We offer various inspection types including:
Pre-production inspection
During production inspection (DUPRO)
Pre-shipment inspection (PSI)
Container loading inspection (CLI)

4. What information is required to start an inspection?

We need the following to start an inspection: supplier’s name, contact, telephone number, 3-7 checkpoints. 

5. When should I book an inspection?

It’s best to book at least 2 working days in advance to ensure inspector availability and proper coordination with the supplier.

6. How many units will be inspected during the service?

We follow the international ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (AQL) sampling standard, which determines how many units to inspect based on the total order quantity. For example, if you order 5,000 units, we may inspect around 200 units, depending on the agreed Acceptable Quality Level (AQL). This method ensures a statistically reliable inspection without checking every single item.

7. Do you provide a report after the inspection?

Yes. You will receive a detailed inspection report with photos within 24 hours after the inspection.

8. Can you inspect any type of product?

We cover a wide range of consumer products including electronics, textiles, toys, homeware, packaging, and more. If your product requires specialized knowledge, we assign inspectors with relevant experience.

9. Can you help verify the factory or supplier as well?

Absolutely. In addition to product inspection, we offer factory verification and supplier audits to confirm legitimacy, capabilities, certifications, and production standards.

About Sourcing

1. What specification is required for sourcing?

Dimension, colors, function, pictures, the more the better, and better provide a website link of the product. 

2. What’s the timeline for a sourcing project?

3-7 days to source one “existing” product (Sourcing refers to stage 1 & 2 in above table), and 1-2 weeks for one “customized” product.

3. Do you guarantee a target price?

We will try to match the target price but do not guarantee it since it may not exist in the market and possibly mean low quality if it’s much less than the market price.

Our process is to identify and get quotes from multiple capable manufacturers and get quotes from selected suppliers to make sure our customers get the best deal in the market.

4. Are you going to source the exact same product?

We will try our best, but the same product may not exist in China market, or accessible to us due to patent issue etc., we will try to find the capable suppliers who’s able to make the similar and best products. Let us know if it’s not acceptable before the work starts. 

5. How many quotes are you going to submit?

It really depends on the products, but normally we will select and get quotes from 3-6 suppliers.
