All services must be paid for in advance. We will not begin work on your requested service or report until full payment is received.

Payments can be made through PayPal, or via direct bank transfer, as instructed by our team. Sourcelp is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party payment platforms.
2.3 Refunds
Due to the nature of our services and the value being in research and labor, no refunds are offered once work begins. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if key information cannot be obtained.
3.1 Use of the Report
All content within the Report is the intellectual property of Sourcelp. Reports are for internal business or personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose the Report to external parties without our prior written permission.
3.2 Turnaround Time
We aim to deliver Reports within the timeframe listed on our service descriptions. However, turnaround times may be delayed due to factors like holidays, public resource inaccessibility, or language/data complexity.
3.3 Disclaimer
Reports are based on third-party and public data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information. Our reports are not to be interpreted as financial or legal endorsements.
3.4 Language
All Reports will be provided in English. In the case of discrepancies, the English version will prevail.
